Progress...i can't think of a witty name for this one.

Just thought I would give a quick update on Crew. He is 17 months now and smarter than ever. He loves to play pat-a-cake, his favorite part is marking it with a "C", He loves to go to the pool and go down the slides. He is practically a fish, no fear of the water. He loves to play outside even if it is 110 degrees outside. He loves it when his cousins come over and has someone to play with on his level. He loves to "help" around the house, he likes to iron ,with his own little iron, help sort the laundry and even "hold" the dustpan. He follows Grandpa around like a little duck most days, they are great friends. We only have one more month before he goes to nursery and we can hardly wait, he has so much energy that church is just plain hard work. Luckily Cody's parents can take him home with them after our sacrament so we can enjoy the rest of our classes. I am excited for him to be able to have those kids to play with. He even knows how to fold his arms and does it for most of the prayer. He is learning new words each day.

He can now say:
Dad
mom
Car
out
NO
yeah
J.C.
chair
cheese(meaning the food and camera)
train
choo-choo
don't
wa-wa (water)
tease (please)
shoes
got it (when the phone rings)
tooth brush
I am sure there are a few more I am forgetting and even ones that we can't understand yet.

He can also locate his:

button (belly)
ears
eyes
nose (he can even blow it)
mouth
head
toes
and sometimes knees

Wow sorry about that long list of things and that it is so repetitive with the "he cans" but we are just so proud of him and how much he has learned. well now that I am sure you are completely bored out of your mind I will stop with the list.

Good for him! You should be proud of your little man. I wish we had water slides Cambrie would love them: A-she loves slides, B-she loves the pool. We're just lucky to have a pool around at all.
