Not feeling so hot
This past weekend Crew had a fever and runny nose and we just thought that he was teething and gave him Tylenol to help with it. He just wasn't being himself he even fell asleep sitting next to me which is not normal for him at all. Then on Monday his fever was gone but he broke out in a rash all over his back, tummy, and neck. After doing a little research on the Internet and a diagnosis by Dr. Grandma Jackie we concluded that is was Roseola. The fever, runny nose and the rash are exactly the symptoms of Roseola. It is a herpes virus and is pretty harmless. He doing much better today and the rash is subsiding. hopefully it will be completely gone in the next few days.

Wow! Did my Mom break out the Childcraft book to compare the rash? Seems like she gave Marley the same diagnosis once. It is nice to have someone around to bounce these things off of especially when it is your first baby!

Poor guy. I sure hope that he feels better soon. Mystery illnesses are no fun.
